Sales and discounts
The Visual Web Ripper software never goes on sale and we do not provide discounts on single licenses. We already sell Visual Web Ripper at the lowest price possible, so there is no need to wait for a sale or ask for a discount on a single license.
License upgrade
We will provide upgrades from one license to another. For example, you can upgrade from a single user license to a site wide license and get a full credit for the cost of your single user license. However, your maintenance agreement will start from the date of your first purchase, so it may not be beneficial for you to upgrade a license if it has been purchased a while ago.
One year free product maintenance
When you buy Visual Web Ripper you get 1 year free upgrades and limited support. We do not believe in off-shore support by people who know little about our software or web scraping in general, so we provide quality support by our own software developers through our forum (only through our forum). Our software developers know the software inside out and have years of web scraping experience, but please be aware that they will NOT create or maintain your data extraction projects for free on an ongoing basis. Maintenance renewal
We provide new releases on a near daily basis to make sure Visual Web Ripper works with as many types of web sites as possible. We also release major near features on a very frequent basis.
We provide one year free product maintenance from the date of purchase. After one year you need to renew maintenance in order to access product updates and other product resources. The renewal fee is half the cost of the current price of your license. For example, the current price of a single user license is $299, so a one year maintenance renewal would cost $149.

Refund policy
We want happy customers and if you are not happy with Visual Web Ripper we will generally offer a full refund within 30 days.
We provide a 14 days trial, so please give the trial version a good run before you decide to purchase Visual Web Ripper. We guarantee a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you encounter problems you could not have foreseen using the trial version.
