I would like to use the RSS feed address above to read the first 4 paragraphs of the full news stories from each of the links contained in  the RSS feed, with the results being stored in an xml file containing the section name, headline and four news story paragraphs

For example a link in the rss to http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-tyne-17292533

would extract the following from the link:
