Could you give me an example project to show how to rip the following-

From right hand menu - Tomorrows cards

Select all courses then select all details on the race card. Export to excel.

Solution

This website has problems loading because of external advertisement. The web servers hosting the external advertisement images/flash are unreliable and sometimes do not respond, which causes page load timeouts. To overcome this problem, the project uses the "Partial page load" option, which ensures the webpage is loaded without waiting for all elements on the page to load completely.

I am trying to extract data from the Racing Post's website and then would like to allocate ratings against this data.

I would be grateful if you could let me know if this is possible and whether as well as data extraction you could write a small program to pick up the required fields and allocate a points based system against these.
