Never ending page loads

Many web sites use external advertisement images/flash and sometimes the external web servers hosting the advertisement are unreliable and causes page timeout.

Standard web browsers avoid this problem by allowing users to read and navigate a web page even when its not loaded completely. The status of the web page is said to be in Interactive mode as opposed to completed mode.

In Visual Web Ripper you can use the option "Partial page load" to ensure a web page is loaded without waiting too long for external elements to load. The "Partial page load" option is available for start URLs in project preferences, and for templates in the "More" options window.
