Pc says trial version despite accepted license key

Downloaded your trial version today - it worked so I baught license. Reinstalled as on your instructions - worked OK but when restarting computer it says I have trial version again... I don´t want to call It support to unlock computer administrative rights etc to reinstall again - are there no way enter the license key in demo version?? I know I have latest version of today and suspect that the error is due to the register in my computer being distorted by battery failure at startup---

If not, uninstall the current version completely and reinstall it from the site.
