Hi
My installation did not provide a shortcut so I opened the app by clicking the WebRipperEditor file. This opens a window which requests the license key. What is the correct response or workaround for this?

You must have somehow got hold of the full version of the software. Please uninstall the software and then download and install the trial version from here:

This has happened to me as well. I followed the above link but i am still getting the enter license key screen

Please advice.

I downloaded mine from download.com and I too get the activation screen.

I uninstalled, downloaded the one from http://www.visualwebripp...-scraping-software.aspx and still get the activation screen.

The release date is dated today: Wednesday, 17 August 2011

Perhaps the full version was mistakenly uploaded in place of the trail version.

The file at http://www.visualwebripp...-scraping-software.aspx has been updated and now works.

This worked for me:

1. Uninstalled the current installation

2. Download the new file at http://www.visualwebripp...-scraping-software.aspx

3. Then install
