I'm downloading this image:

There is no problem when downloading files with the VWR default generated fileXXXXXXXXXXXXXX......, but when I perform a file name transformation, only the newly added images will download and index.

(note: I'm also using content transformation to width=150, cause I need a smaller image)

I don't want the fileXXXXX..... since it will flood my system soon.
